Fratelli Fabbri’s Traditions Fuse Performance and Luxury for the Ultimate Riding Boot

Lexington, Kentucky (May 3, 2017) – From their inception in the rolling hills of Tredozio, Italy in 1924, Fratelli Fabbri’s vision of producing handcrafted, exceptionally fitting riding boots has changed very little. Their legacy, however, has grown exponentially, with some of the world’s top Olympic and World Champion riders stepping into Fabbri before they step into the irons.

From reigning 2016 Olympic Individual Gold Medalist Nick Skelton to a host of top competitors at the 2017 Rolex Kentucky CCI4*, Fabbri’s commitment to performance, luxury, and style is reflected in the achievements of its riders and a dedication to modern excellence.

With each boot crafted in Italy through a traditional, handworked system, Fabbri’s principal technical characteristic is adaptability. Each sole is cut either to custom specifications or with the intent of molding to the rider’s foot, so that each boot settles perfectly and immediately to the shape and movement of the leg, heel, and foot of the rider.

Even on non-custom orders, Fabbri’s sole stands apart: cut thinner than a standard, off the rack riding boot, the Fabbri soles reflect the comfort and cushioning of an athletic shoe combined with hand-stitching and strong, supple Italian leather to create the ultimate riding boot. All Fabbri boots are constructed from very traditional and natural materials; no plastic or synthetic materials are used, ensuring not only quality and performance but longevity.

With an estimated 20-25 days of manufacturing time, Fabbri riders typically receive their boots within three weeks, including custom orders. With fitters and retailers on four continents and shipping worldwide, Fabbri’s most recent appearances included the 2017 Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida and the 2017 Rolex Kentucky CCI4*.

Eventing stars Sinead Halpin, Laine Ashker, Justine Dutton, Marilyn Little, and Tik Maynard are just a few of the professionals who trust their 3-day comfort and performance in the irons to Fabbri. During the Rolex Kentucky, Fabbri hosted a number of its eventing riders at their booth for autographs and meet & greets, bringing the Fabbri family together in one of the most prestigious venues and eventing competitions in the world.

UK Olympic show jumping legend Nick Skelton has been zipping up Fabbri boots before swinging into the saddle for the past 25 years, the majority of his highly decorated career. USA’s Lillie Keenan and Lauren Hough also choose to jump in Fabbri, along with Ireland’s Kevin Babington, Venezuela’s Hector Florentino, France’s Alexandra Palliot, and Colombia’s Mark Bluman. With style, comfort, and craftsmanship being cross-discipline qualities, the elegant lines and exceptional fit of Fabbri boots are found in hunter, jumper, and dressage arenas around the world.
