Increased Prize Money Offered for Temecula Valley National Horse Show Series

Coming off the hugely successful first installment of the Temecula Valley National Horse Show, held at Galway Downs April 18 – 22, Nilforushan Equisport Events is thrilled to announce that even more prize money will be offered for competitors the second week of competition.

From May 23 – 27, purses in both the hunter and jumper rings will be available for the taking and given to the top placing competitors. As if the rave reviews, exceptional footing, beautiful venue and many exhibitor options were not enough, the added prize money is yet another incentive to attend the upcoming Temecula Valley National Horse Show.

“We were over the moon with the positive response we received the first week, not to mention all the great riding we got to watch. I was ecstatic to see so many happy exhibitors, and I look forward to welcoming even more horses and riders back for the second week,” said Ali Nilforushan, owner of Nilforushan Equisport Events.

“With the help of all of our amazingly generous sponsors, we have worked diligently to make available as many cost-effective options to competitors as possible, and offering even more prize money is just another way we can do that while continuing to feature riding at all levels.”

Highlight classes for the week will include the $30,000 1.40 – 1.45m Speed Classic and the $60,000 National Grand Prix, in addition to plenty of other prize money classes. Sunday alone will feature a total of nine hunter and jumper classics offering a range of prize money.
Over the course of the remaining two weeks in the series, premiere hunters and elite jumpers will add to the level of sport and be rewarded with an overall increase in prizes and money. Everyone from pony kids to high-level jumpers will be offered an opportunity to chase the purse and the top spot on the judge’s card.
