Variety of Tickets Packages Still Available for Elite International Event

Omaha, Nebraska – February 1, 2017 – Single-Session tickets for the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping and FEI World Cup Dressage Finals Omaha 2017 are now on sale! The world’s best horses and riders in both jumping and dressage will go head-to-head for the coveted championship titles at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska on March 29 – April 2.

Previously, only series seats were available but effective immediately tickets may be purchased for
individual sessions including Saturday’s Dressage Freestyle that determines the FEI Dressage World Cup™ Omaha 2017 winner and the final round of jumping on Sunday, April 2 which will determine who will be the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Final Omaha 2017 winner.

The FEI World Cup Finals Omaha 2017 will host 70 of the world’s top riders and the biggest names in the two Olympic disciplines – including Olympic, World and European Champions – for five days of action-packed competition all under one roof. In addition, the world-class event will feature a bounty of shopping vendors, live entertainment and educational exhibits at the state-of-the-art venue. Visitors will also have plenty of opportunities to explore the many attractions, hotels, museums, shops and top restaurants for which Omaha is famous!

A selection of ticket packages still remain for the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping and FEI World Cup  Dressage Finals Omaha 2017. Single-Session tickets for either the Jumping or Dressage competitions range from $45 – $85 depending on the session and location. All-Session ticket packages include seats for five events in either jumping or dressage. The best seats in the house are the VIP Tickets in the first 5 rows which include access to the VIP Hospitality Lounge throughout the event! The VIP Hospitality Lounge will feature full meals, open bar, live music, concierge service and other amenities, all included with each VIP ticket.

There are still a few Hospitality Packages available. The elegant Suites are spacious, comfortable and overlook the entire arena with seating for 20-25 people. Wait service, food, drink and access to the VIP Lounge are included throughout the event. Ringside tables get you up close to the action in comfort and style with In-Arena seating for 6 or 8 people, complimentary wine and heavy hors d’oeuvres along with access to the VIP Lounge throughout the event. 2017 FEI World Cup Finals Schedule

The FEI World Cup Finals Omaha 2017 will run over five days. Wednesday, March 29, will feature the Dressage Familiarization at 9:30 a.m. and the Jumping Training Session at 2:00 p.m. Actual competition will begin on Thursday, March 30, with the FEI World Cup Dressage Final Grand Prix starting at 2:00 p.m. and Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Final I (Jumping Speed Class) at 7:00 p.m.

On Friday, March 31, the multi-faceted Dressage Showcase starts at 3:00 PM. This event features “Young Horses to Grand Prix with Olympic Champion Isabell Werth Presented by the Dressage Foundation”, “Fun Dressage” with Tristan Tucker, an Australian horsemanship guru and the U.S. Paralympic Team, and “Fun Freestyles” with Lynn Palm, Sabine Schut-Kerry, Jacquie Brooks, Missy Fladland and Barbara “Bebe” Davis. The Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Final II (Grand Prix) is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.

On Saturday, April 1, the Dressage Natural Horsemanship Clinic will be held at 9:00 a.m. (following the Freestyle sound check) with the FEI World Cup Dressage Final (Freestyle to Music) – the event determining the FEI World Cup Dressage Final Omaha 2017 winner – beginning at 2:00 p.m., and the International Omaha Jumping Grand Prix competition at 7:00 p.m. On Sunday, April 2, the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Final III competition, which ultimately decides who will be crowned the winner, will begin at 2:00 p.m.

Free and open to the public – A Shopping Mecca with Live Entertainment and Educational Exhibits
The event’s unique Boutique Shopping Village and Tailgate Lounge were designed specifically around the warm-up arena so that visitors will be able to browse, shop and dine while watching the world’s elite competitors warm up their horses. Over 140 vendors will be on hand boasting wares ranging from top-of-the-line equestrian products for both horse and rider, barn equipment and FEI World Cup merchandise to stunning jewelry, beautiful artwork and the latest in fashions. Spectators will be able to shop-till-they-drop while enjoying all the action! The entire CenturyLink Center will be hopping Thursday through Saturday night. Live entertainment, food and drink, pony races and high-end shopping will entertain the crowd until 11:00 p.m. each evening.

The family-friendly Horse Discovery Zone offers hands-on learning areas, including the Runza Gallery of Breeds, Riding Style Museums, Durham Museum, Omaha Children’s Museum, Henry Doorly Zoo, Blacksmith Shop, Wheelwright, The Tack Room and U.S. Pony Clubs.

The Demonstration Arena, sponsored by Colorado State University, will offer educational demonstrations throughout the day with presentations on styles of riding, Parade of Breeds, vaulting, Pony Club Games, long-lining, grooming, driving and much more! The Canadian-based Equimania! offers youth education stations and interactive displays, including anatomy, dental, evolution, skeleton in motion, Tree of Life, digestive tract, nutrition and water, horse behavior colors, grooming, safety. The Horse Discovery Zone Theater will host ongoing presentations of domestic and international short films and documentaries from the 2016 Equus Film Festival as well as a selection of horse related programs.
