April 30 -USHJAF Gochman Family US Pony Finals Grant
Thanks to the Gochman Family, each year, the USHJA Foundation will award grants to deserving Juniors that give them an opportunity to experience US Pony Finals.
This grant is awarded each year to up to three riders who exemplify the qualities that are most important in our sport—-sportsmanship, tenacity, and horsemanship—-and would otherwise be unable to go to Pony Finals. Applications close April 30, 2016.

 

May 1 – Ch/AA Jumper Championships (All Zones)

Don’t miss the chance to participate in theUSHJA Children’s and Adult Amateur Jumper Championships, which will be held by zone in 2016.
In order to be eligible to qualify, riders must apply by May 1, 2016, and have earned a minimum of 20 points in their home zone (does not include points from contiguous zones) from December 1, 2015, to June 1, 2016.*

May 4 – Emerging Athletes Program

The USHJA is now accepting applications from young riders to participate in a 2016 Emerging Athletes Program Regional Training Session, presented by Dover Saddlery. The deadline to apply for an Early Summer EAP Regional Training Session was previously April 22, and has now been extended to May 4. The deadline to apply for a Late Summer Regional Training Session is May 11.
