After setting a blistering pace in the jump off home crowd favourite, Niels Bruynseels, on Cas de Liberte; was narrowly beaten by just over one tenth of a second by Germany’s Christian Ahlmann on his fabulous stallion Taloubet Z. Fellow Belgian, Jerome Guery, rounded out the top three on his grey Papillion Z.
