What Is It? The Burlington Capital International Omaha horse show (formerly known as just “International Omaha) is the self-proclaimed “Midwest’s largest horse event.” Four days of competition are jam-packed with dressage, show jumping, educational exhibits and, of course, exceptional shopping!
When Is it? Next week! Competition begins on Thursday, April the 4th and wraps up on Sunday, April the 7th.
Where Is It? The CHI Health Center Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska.
Fun Features: If you are able to swing by the showgrounds, you won’t want to miss the InIt2WinIt Speed Jmping Series Final on Friday night or the $100,00 Grand Prix on Saturday night. Another hot ticket item on the schedule is the George Morris showcase on Friday afternoon at 4:30PM.
Who Will Be There? The list of qualified riders for the InIt2WinIt Speed Jumping Series Final includes riders such as Hunter Holloway, Karen Cudmore, Lisa Goldman and young-gun Genevieve Munson. While there are no rider lists online for the Grand Prix just yet, we expect to see several familiar faces returning to the ring to vie for the $100,000 prize.
