We are big fans of the ambitious and scrappy young rider, Hailey Royce and her gelding Quin, who have been hard at work this spring and summer qualifying for the FEI North American Children’s Championships in Saugerties, New York next weekend.
Hailey is qualified and has all her paperwork in, but due to unforeseen circumstances, she suddenly finds herself without transportation from their base in Long Grove, Illinois to the event.
Hailey is exactly the kind of kid you hope to raise up in the sport. She’s coached by her dad, she works hard in the barn, she is an absolute hustler at a young age to get her name and her goals out there to the universe, and she always takes responsibility for her horses, her successes, and her failures. These are the riders we must see at Championships!
