Lake Placid, NY – January 20, 2016 – Sea Shore Stables, LLC is returning as title sponsor of the 47th annual Lake Placid Horse Shows. The 2016 Lake Placid Horse Shows Presented by Sea Shore Stables, LLC will host two weeks of exciting horse show competition June 28 – July 10.
Sea Shore Stables has been a sponsor of the Lake Placid Horse Shows since 2011. “Sea Shore Stables is pleased to support the Lake Placid Horse Shows once again,” said Britta Lippert, owner of Sea Shore Stables, LLC. “Lake Placid has always been a special place for my family and me and we are thrilled to continue supporting the horse shows.”
Lake Placid is one of the premier stops on the nation’s hunter-jumper horse show circuit, featuring the nation’s best horses and riders competing in four show rings. The show hosts more than 100 classes of competition each week with all levels of competition ranging from leadline to grand prix. Both weeks are USEF ‘AA’ rated for hunters and 6* rated for jumpers.

This year, the Lake Placid Horse Show will run June 28 – July 3 and will feature the $75,000 Devoucoux Grand Prix, presented by Sea Shore Stables, LLC., on Sunday, July 3. The I Love New York Horse Show will follow on July 5 – July 10, featuring the $100,000 Equine Insurance Services/Great American Grand Prix, presented by Sea Shore Stables, LLC., on Saturday, July 9 and the $15,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby, presented by Eastern Hay and Purina Animal Nutrition on Sunday, July 10.

Local Adirondack artists, products, clothing and apparel are featured, as well as real estate, photography, a variety of equine related shops, a booth with official Lake Placid Horse Shows merchandise, and a variety of food.
