T-Minus 8 Days to FEI Nations Cup Final: See Who’s Qualified

We're just over a week away from the FEI Nations Cup Final, and we're getting our first look at the teams who will be vying for glory in the beautiful former Olympic Host City of Barcelona, Spain. The competition will be held the 28th September 28 –  October 1 at the Real Club de Polo de Barcelona.

The FEI has produced this fun little diddy on the European teams entered:

The European Teams are: Spain, France, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, and the very last team to gain qualification earlier this month, Great Britain.

The non-European teams are: Canada, USA, Brazil, New Zealand, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.

There have been a few team announcements we're aware of:

USA: McLain Ward, Beezie Madden, Laura Kraut, Lauren Hough, and Chloe Reid

Great Britain: Scott Brash, Ben Maher, Michael Whitaker, William Whitaker, Guy Williams

Spain: Eduardo Alvarez Aznar, Julio Arias Cueva, Manuel Fernandez Saro, Gerardo Menendez Mieres, Laura Roquet Puignero

France: Roger Yves Bost, Penelope Leprevost, Edward Levy, Olivier Robert, Kevin Staut

Ireland: Bertram Allen, Shane Breen, Cian O'Connor, Denis Lynch, and Shane Sweetnam

 

New Zealand: Sam McIntosh, Daniel Meech, Bruce Goodin, Richard Gardner
