Taylor St. Jacques can’t put a foot wrong this year – she was Eq Queen at Devon, Lake Placid and WEF, and now she’s captured the 3’6″ Overall Grand Champion at the USEF Junior Hunter National Championships – East Coast.

Taylor did it aboard her own Di Samorano with a final slaying score of 253.350 – a cumulative total after winning both the classic and handy rounds outright. They were fourth in the Under Saddle.

“I think I was a little nervous going in, but once I got in the ring, I had a very, very strong first day,” said Taylor. “So after that I kind of just thought to myself, ‘Stay the same—it obviously is working.’”
