The competition has been high at the Hong Kong stop of the Longines Masters Series. Riders from all over the globe gathered to test their skills against some of the top talent in the sport. The event rounded up with the toughest class yet, the Longines Grand Prix of Hong Kong and each rider brought their A-game to the ring.
It was neck and neck at the end, but Patrice Delaveau of France aboard Aquila HDC came out on top just 0.07 seconds faster in the jump-off than second place rider, Max Kühner of Austria on Cielito Lindo 2.
“It was great today, and my horse was fantastic,” said Delaveau. “I love it here in Hong Kong.”
Longines Masters did an excellent job broadcasting the event and many of the winning rounds can be found on their Twitter page. Watch Patrice’s winning jump-off and listen to the crowd go crazy as he clears that last fence!
