Before there was WEC-Ocala, there was the beautiful World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, Ohio. This week’s Dream Farm is less than 20 miles from the O.G. WEC! You are also just 35 miles from Cincinnati, and only 110 miles from Lexington. This gorgeous working boarding and training facility, operating as Still Water Farm, has 75 acres of 14 fully fenced paddocks (with run-in sheds and automatic waterers) and common areas and another 5 acres of woods.

There are so many amenities it’s hard to know where to begin. These include a main show barn, with 27 stalls and an attached indoor ring, a large staff apartment on the second floor, a comfortable lounge, a lovely tack room, several feed rooms and other storage areas, a laundry room, a Eurociser, and so on. There is also a smaller 15-tall pony barn with many of the same high quality appointments, including its own indoor ring!

Additional buildings include a hay barn, a covered hot walker, and a large office with an attached garage. There is a massive outdoor ring easily accessible from both barns with its own viewing area. There is even a pond! This property could easily host shows and other events; all three rings have Premier Equestrian Footing.

Finally, why have only one house when you can have two? The first is a larger 3 bedroom brick rancher and the second is a cute little two story 3 bedroom wood home. With its location and endless list of comforts and conveniences for both horse and human, this farm is the opportunity of a lifetime.
