The sixth and seventh leg of the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup™ Jumping 2016 season will take place today in La Baule France and Celje, Slovenia, respectively. A total of 20 teams will be vying for qualifications to the World Cup Final in Spain this fall, and it’s going to be a tremendous showdown from end of Europe to the other.
The starting order for the Slovenia leg was held last night and the order of go is as follows:

2. Portugal
3. Croatia
4. Hungary
5. Slovenia
6. Austria
7. Lithuania
8. Poland
9. Russia
10. Turkey
11. Spain
12. Luxembourg
This is the second leg of the Europe Division 2 League, and all 12 teams are eligible for Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup™ Jumping points. A total of two teams from this League will qualify for the final. Friday’s competition has already begun, and can be streamed from any device with an FEI TV Subscription.
La Baule will prove to be a much more intriguing leg because of its role in being a substitute qualifier for the event cancelled in Lummen. FEI has a preview of the event here:

8. Great Britain
As the Nations Cup leg at Lummen (BEL) was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions at the end of April, La Baule hosts the first of the remaining seven legs in the Europe Division 1 League, and the teams eligible for Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup™ Jumping points today are Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain and The Netherlands. A total of seven teams from this League will qualify for the Final. The streaming for this league has also already begun, and is available at FEI TV.
