Ponies. They are small, they are cute and they are a lot like a Sour Patch Kid. Sour. Sweet. Gone.
Chum Chum the pony decided he was going to embody the sour part of that analogy when some of the barn kiddos dared to ride him. This spunky little pony not only said “no,” but more aptly said “heck no” each time one of these brave girls tried to hop on. We give them a gold star for their persistence and Chum a gold star for his athletic ability. That pony can bronc!
Disclaimer: No ponies or children were harmed in the making of this video. Chum Chum lives a good life at Welhouse Horses and Hounds in Poynette, Wisconsin. He repays his barn family by being a never-ending source of entertainment. “We find him hilarious,” shared owner Jennifer Welhouse. “He is very spoiled that’s why he does whatever he wants.”
We feel you, Chum Chum.
Chum chum will not participate in riding activities today! Thank you

And as an added bonus, Jennifer shared this other wonderful gem displaying Chum Chum’s not so chummy behavior.
Ponies… can’t live with them, can’t live without them.
