After officially entering the US market in February 2019, ClipMyHorse.TV first partnered up with Orlando and ShowNet in June of the same year. As a mutually beneficial and agreeable cooperation developed, so did talks of a potential acquisition of the ShowNet platform. A deal was eventually struck and finalized in the beginning of March 2020.
