Gladstone, N.J. – Nov. 28, 2017 – During the month of November each year, thousands of nonprofit organizations participate in a special day following Black Friday and Cyber Monday called Giving Tuesday. This #GivingTuesday, on Nov. 28, holiday shoppers can participate by donating to the United States Equestrian Team (USET) Foundation’s mission of supporting the competition, training, coaching, travel and educational needs of America’s elite and developing international and high performance horses and athletes. Each year, the USET Foundation awards grants covering more than 50 percent of the high performance program budget. America’s equestrian athletes have distinguished themselves by winning 44 Olympic medals, 91 Pan American Games medals and 78 World Equestrian Games medals.
