Las Vegas National Horse Show Canceled

The following announcement was released today, August 5, at 12:30pm CST.

Due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the concern for the safety of our equestrian community, it is with regret that Blenheim EquiSports has decided to cancel the 2020 Las Vegas National Horse Show.

“Over the last few months, we have been working closely with our local health officials, monitoring the ongoing spread and mitigation patterns of the virus to better understand what it meant for the future of our November indoor horse show. After strong consideration, we feel that we cannot stay true to our strong commitment to the safety of our athletes, and all the essential personnel that are required to create an event of this caliber,” said Melissa Brandes, Vice President of Marketing for Blenheim EquiSports.

Hosted at the unique South Point Hotel and Casino Equestrian Arena, the Las Vegas National Horse Show is home to the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Las Vegas as well as the AON/USHJA National Championships.

Blenheim EquiSports would like to thank its amazing partners and sponsors for their support and understanding in making this difficult decision and for their equally strong commitment to the safety and well-being of our equestrian community at large. Together, we will overcome and return for a spectacular 2021 event.
