What a week! From Thursday to Saturday last week at the X-Bionic Sphere in Šamorín, there were six CSI5* classes and nine CSI2* classes, culminating in the second round of the Global Champions League Team competition, followed by the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Slovakia, set at 1.6om with a purse of €300.000.

This was the last leg of the regular Global Champions Tour and the winners of the individual and team competitions were finally crowned. The great Peder Fredricson was the LGCT Champion, with fellow Swede Henrik von Eckermann taking second place on the podium, and Frenchman Olivier Robert in third. The Global Champions League results saw Valkenswaard United win the championship, the Shanghai Swans second, and the Paris Panthers in third place. Henrik won the LGCT GP of Slovakia with King Edward while the Scandinavian Vikings won both rounds of the GCL team competition.

The Playoffs are next month in Prague, with the winners of each of the 15 LGCT Grand Prix competing in the Super Grand Prix, as well as the 16-team competition for the GCL Super Cup. Let’s look at some of what happened and see who won!

Elevate® Maintenance Powder

Exercise-induced muscle damage that results in sore, stiff muscles and poor performance is a common problem in athletic horses. Vitamin E plays an important role in preserving optimal muscle function by interrupting the production of harmful free radicals that can damage critical tissues. When vitamin E levels in muscle tissue are inadequate, the risk of exercise-induced muscle damage is increased.

Elevate® Maintenance Powder supplies the natural vitamin E your horse needs to neutralize damaging free radicals and support peak performance. Keep your horse at the top of his game with Elevate natural vitamin E.

The horse that matters to you matters to us®.
