Rolling Updates: Equestrian Events Canceled/Modified Due to COVID-19 [Updated 8/22]

If you’re wondering whether or not an upcoming show is still on, Nation Media is on it.  Here is a list of the equestrian events that have been modified or canceled due to COVID-19.

Due to the sheer volume of events being canceled worldwide, going forward as of 4/02 we are now only updating this list with changes to North American events and major international CCI events.

The USEA has suspended all recognized events through May 3. In accordance with the FEI, the USEF has issued a recommendation that all competitions be suspended through May 3

  • FEI European Championships: Jumping, Eventing, Dressage, Para-Dressage (August 23-September 5, 2021 in Budapest): canceled

Horse Sport Ireland is recommending that all competitions that exceed the government stated limits of indoor (max 100 persons) or outdoor (500 person) gatherings should be postponed through March 29.

  • Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup Final (October 2-4 in Barcelona, Spain): canceled

🇸🇪 Sweden🇸🇪 

  • FEI World Vaulting Championships  (July 29-August 2 in Flyinge, Sweden): postponed

🇨🇭Switzerland🇨🇭

  • FEI Sports Forum (April 6-7 in Lausanne): moved online
  • Longines Masters of Lausanne (June 18-21): canceled

🇬🇧United Kingdom🇬🇧

As of 3/16, all British Eventing shows have been canceled with immediate effect.
