ShowAssist, the on-demand, short-term horse show hiring app, welcomes LEG Shows & Events as a 2021 Featured Show Partner and will be showcasing their competitions throughout California and Colorado. ShowAssist’s goal is to connect owners, trainers and riders with the support staff they need at shows such as grooms, braiders, bodyworkers and more.

“We are honored to announce our partnership with LEG Shows & Events,” said co-founder Deidre McAuley-Hayes. “We are delighted to be able to help people in the sport get back to work by offering competitors a way to connect with experienced grooms and other support staff in California and Colorado to provide them with temporary assistance while at LEG shows during the 2021 show season.”
LEG Shows & Events manages horse shows at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center and the Hansen Dam Horse Park in California, and the Colorado Horse Park in Parker, Colorado.

All ten weeks of the 2021 LEG Shows & Events Colorado shows will feature USHJA Young Jumper Championship Qualifiers, USHJA Jumper Classic Series, the LEG Trainer Incentive Program, $10,000 LEGIS Hunter and Jumper Rider Bonuses, and USHJA National Hunter Derbies (Jr/Am & Professional Sections). The shows will also offer reduced stall and entry fees for Young Jumpers. Plus, the Spring Series, Weeks II, III and IV of the Summer Series, and the Fall Series will have Regional Standard Grand Prix Classes, and Summer in the Rockies weeks V & VI will highlight National Standard Grand Prix Classes.
LEG is looking forward to hosting shows in Southern California at Desert International Horse Park, Hansen Dam Horse Park, and LA Equestrian Center. The shows will feature USHJA National Hunter Derbies, 2’6’’ Carousel Hunter Derbies, and 2’ Stirrup Cup Derbies. They will also have LEGIS Hunter Rider Bonuses, LEG Trainer Incentive Programs and more.
