Beth Underhill has some great history at Bromont, and this past weekend she made a little more when she won the Quebec Original Classic CSI 2* aboard 'Count Me In'.

Beth was able to fend off competitive rides from seven other pairs in the jump-off to claim victory on the Leopoldo Palacios courses, claiming a win at a venue near to her heart.

Her phenomenal partner of the early nineties, Crown Royal Monopoly, won his first World Cup Qualifier at Bromont which gained them entry to their first appearance in the final, which was held in Gothenburg, Sweden in 1991. They also made the finals the following year in Del Mar, California and competed in the Barcelona Olympics in 1992.

You can see Beth's clear first round and winning jump-off in the videos below.

Count Me In, owned by Sandy Lupton, is a ten-year-old Hanoverian gelding that Beth has been patiently bringing up the levels the past few years and has become her main squeeze in the Grand Prix classes. They also had big wins at the Ottowa Horse Show earlier this month.

Even more admirable, Beth is also a devoted teacher to the next generation. Serving as Chef d'Equipe for Team Canada, Beth led Canada's Senior and Children jumper teams to silver medals at the NAJYRC, and Canadian riders swept the podium in the individual Senior finals on the final day.

As an Olympic veteran and regular representative of Team Canada in past years, Beth has nothing left to prove in order to be a legendary horse woman, but her career is currently hitting a new, impressive stride. What's next for Beth and Count Me In? Keep your eye on JN to find out!
