This week we feature Shanyn Fiske, a new member of our team at Jumper Nation. Shanyn is an English professor and director of the graduate program in Literature and Media Studies at Rutgers University (Camden). She has been riding since she was 8 years old and has done everything from hunter/jumpers to eventing to retraining racehorses off the track. In addition to teaching and riding, she is also a portrait and fashion photographer with studios in Philadelphia and New York City. She’s thrilled to be joining the Jumper Nation team and – together with her videographer son Caleb – looks forward to combining her photography and writing with her ongoing passion for horses.
