Equestrian Sport Productions (ESP) is seeking feedback from all who attended its May and June horse shows, particularly in regards to whether you felt safe with the COVID-19 procedures in place. By completing this short survey (it will take maximum two minutes), you’ll be entered to win a FREE stall during ESP’s Summer Series! Dear Exhibitors,
As we approach our final week in June we wanted to let you all know that most hotels in our area have started normal operations. Therefore the original “over night stay” restrictions that we had in place have been lifted for the remainder of the Summer. We have extremely limited numbers of stalls available next week (ESP June Equitation Day #3 and ESP Spring I) June 17-21, 2020 but we can accommodate those who wish to have stabling at the main PBIEC grounds.
We are beginning the planning of our 2020 ESP Summer Show Series and would like your feedback on your planned participation and what you would like to see on the following dates:
- ESP Summer II: National A rated, USEF Jumper 3* (August 14-16, 2020)
- ESP Summer III: National A rated, USEF Jumper 3* (August 21-23, 2020)
- ESP Labor Day: National A rated, USEF Jumper 3* (August 28-30, 2020)
- ESP September: National A rated, USEF Jumper 3* (September 11-13, 2020)
- ESP Florida State Fall and Zone 3 National Maclay Regional Championship: National A-Rated, USEF Jumper 3* (September 17-20, 2020)
- Rita & Irish Flynn Memorial: Regional II rated, USEF Jumper 3* (September 25-27, 2020)
All those who participate in the survey will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win one (1) FREE STALL for one (1) show week of your choosing during the Summer Series (August 14 – September 27). Winner will be announced by Friday, June 26, 2020.

Needless to say our industry has changed. It is very important for our planning purposes to get as much feedback from you as possible so we can continue to meet your showing needs and expectations. We ask you to kindly take a few minutes to fill out this survey so we can make any necessary adjustments to our summer shows. As always the safety of our exhibitors and staff our our number one priority. Unless things change dramatically with pandemic conditions, we are planning to keep our same COVID-19 protocols in place for the summer series.
