The old adage goes, “Time flies when you’re having fun.” Well…time seems to be a bit stalled right now! The good news is, there are more states opening up this month, some barns are re-opening to riders, and even dog grooming salons are starting to open the doors. However, I talk to my co-workers and fellow barn-mates, and we joke that we’re not sure what day it is, or even when the “official” quarantine will end, because we want to meet up and eat cinnamon buns in a Starbucks without doing it over a Google Hangout. We’re all still wondering if horse shows will actually start in June as show management companies are optimistically announcing, or if there will be another “postponed” announcement.
Times like these call for happy, color, sparkle. We teamed up with Kentucky Performance Products to bring you a dash of color and a splash of optimism for the week, to combat the burnout. Scroll on!
