It’s officially summer, and horse life has the season written all over it: Glossy coats, extra turnout, fly spray and box fans galore. Insects and sweaty helmet bangs aside, it really is a magical time of year where the show schedule is packed and horses seem to be willing to put in their best efforts (if only because it’s just too much work to argue in the sweltering heat.)
