WATCH: LGCT Grand Prix Side-by-Side

With the addition of the Longines Global Champions Tour Super Grand Prix to the 2018 season, riders have been even more motivated to snag the win in each week’s Grand Prix in order to qualify for the end of season event. On the final day of competition in Monaco this past weekend only six riders were able to go clear for the jump-off including world number one rider Harrie Smolders and last year’s Monaco Grand Prix champion, Alberto Zorzi.

But, it would be Ireland’s Shane Breen taking home the win in 2018 with just a quarter of a second to spare. Check out this side-by-side comparison of Shane’s round versus second-place finisher, Alberto Zorzi’s round and see where Shane was able to edge out the competition.
